On a request basis, DecisionLogic is able to provide a User with the personal identifiable information that is collected on the respective User upon appropriate identity verification. DecisionLogic employs a ticketing system – therefore each request is logged and tracked appropriately. If or when DecisionLogic changes the usage of data, the User shall be notified. The User also has the right to conduct data portability.
